...there isn't much to say about this but What the...??!?!?!

Everytime I click on the "format" button, this appears:




I updated everything, restarted (multiple times) and tried everything to get it working... nothing.... whenever I click "Format" this stupid window appears.

Any help at all would be appreciated

Close all instances of Microsoft Word and:
Click Start, Run..., and type this in the box and hit OK:
cmd /c del "%appdata%\Microsoft\Templates\*normal.dot"
(including the quotes)
and give it another shot.

I got this from the CCleaner forum.... CCleaner is basically a freeware optimization software, and the forum there is really helpful... no offense to this one, of course
