Very Slow PC

HI ,hope someone can help me.

I have just rid of pc of I think zlob trojan using smitaudfix , but am still experiencing a very slow pc especially on startup where it can take sometimes 30 minutes for everything to be up and running. An application called pcguard supplied by my isp seems to have been hijacked by something called freedom hidden window and will not run at all , so i have to close down the app and the process. Also a process called swdsvc.exe seems to be just eating up my vm.. In general my pc is as slow as it could possibly be and any help would be greatly appreciated , I attach a hijacklog for your perusal. heres hoping thank you
