Hi,

I have a Netgear DG834G v2 Router. Im just wondering if anyone can tell me if its ADSL2+ compatible? It says 54Mbps at the back of it. I have e-mail netgear themself and i still havent got an answer back yet. Also asked my Internet company and they just e-mail me a list their own compatible routers

can anyone help me ?

Yes it is ADSL2+ compatible: http://www.netgear.c...ers/DG834G.aspx

However, to benefit from ADSL2+, your ISP must also be using ADSL2+ equipment, otherwise your connection will just operate at whatever ADSL standard your ISP's equipment supports. In other words, simply buying a ADSL2+ router does not necessarily give you an ADSL2+ connection. It has to be supported at both ends.
