Hello,
I have been sent to my e-mail address a personal video. Okay how can I download this video to a
dvd?? All I have is a laptop. It is wireless. I had to use a cellphone to connect to the internet. The Dell notebook did not have the right configuration to accept a internet card. So may not be too fast. So
I just wish to download this video that is in my e-mail (personal) not from a movie studio to a dvd. I do see on my laptop the icon Media Player and Sonic. Will this help me to do what I want?? Please help.
I have some blank dvd that are DVD+RW but I don't know what to do. Please tell me STEP by STEP what to do. I am not a computer buff, geek or expert. All I basically know how to do is send and receive e-mails. Thanks! I eagerly await your reply. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Geese, you don't ask for much except our trade secrets, EH! Just Kidding!! So, you can play the video with your Windows media Player, Right! Play the video and then save it with FILE > Save As, name the file and put it somewhere on the computer you will remember. You should be able to burn it as a video that can be played in any DVD player. The thing here is you need to have a DVD-RW burner in your laptop. If you do not don't even attempt this.

The link below is OK, but i refuse to use the Windows Movie maker, it is such poor quality. I personally bought the Sony Vegas 6 software for making Videos. After buying Pinnacle video software and putting up with that crappy software, i just bought the best i could find.

This should get you started.
