I have a new CPU with Windows Vista and I can't get any program to remove this virus or whatever it is. I had SPYWARE DOCTOR but it didn't work. The Customer Service dept. didn't help much. I am not sure what to do. Could you please help. I have read other forums but I really couldn't follow directions and plus I have vista and it seems smitfraudfix doesn't work for vista. Could u help please. Thanks.
