Trojan of some sort

Well, I don't know for sure if it is a trojan, I just know constantly my explorer bar and misc. programs (including task manager) will just lock up and crash.

It started about 35 minutes ago, though I haven't really opened any unfamiliar websites or executed any .exes in well over a few hours.

(All of the Apache2Triad and etc stuff is all because I use this computer as a "mini-server" - I can connect to this computer as a website from any computer in this network but not from any outside computers so that's not how this started, I think)
