I need some help for y'all I can build a computer but I dont know what is on the market. if someone can reply to this with a complete list of computer components that could make a fast computer that would be great. I am looking to run xp and vista both. I want the best that I can get so if you can help that would be great

Without a budget, anyone would be wasting their time

Do you have a budget in mind, if so please mention one. We also need to know what you intend on using this computer for, multimedia applications, gaming, office applitions and/or web browsing?
