Now, I got AVG anti-spyware, McAfee, SuperAntispyware, and SpywareBlaster in the system.
Do they all co-exist peacefully?

In a word yes :)

I had my hard drive partitioned into C: and D: (Is there anything I can do to check on the D:?)
Similarly, I have an external Hard drive - I disconnected it a few hours after I realized my infection.
Any suggestions would be valuable.

Your second partition would have been scanned as we went along. However, when you connect your external drive and before you run anything. Scan it with both the Antivirus and Antispyware. It will take a few hours but will be well worth it :)
