So i have mysteriously encountered a USB Malfunction on my new computer (Not even 1 month old)
And research states that it is caused by plugging in and out usb device many times.
(reference: http://support.micro...b;en-us;817900)

I don't want to go through the process of uninstalling my usb devices, but if thats the only option then I will.

I just wanted to get an opinion from the GeeksToGo Team first, since I always come here first when I have computer needs.

Not all usb devices fail to work.
It appears to only be external harddrives and file transfer devices.

My Printer/Scanner/Wireless Desktop still work just fine, on 'any' port.

edit: Just wanted to throw in that I cannot reset my catroot2 because it'll say access denied.

Not Like I got any help anyways, But ill post my results.

To solve any USB Malfunction issues, Shutdown the PC and unplug all cords from it.

Let it see for a few hours up to 1 full day, and it'll be fixed.
