I purchased the January Firmware Update for my iPod Touch. I was forced to Restore my iTouch. I also had to erase the hard drive on my computer and reinstall Windows XP. I Restored my iTouch and Updated it but it only updated to Version 1.1.4 and not the January Update that I bought. How do I go about reinstalling that update without purchasing it again?

You can download from the official website various tools that will help you reset your itouch.

once you reconnect your itouch to your computer to sync it will tell you that your itouch needs to be updated and give you the option to download and update at that time.
