Microphone help

I was talking on TS when my microphone suddenly cut off. It is a Cyber Asoutic HS-600. Now all that comes is static. This happened to my old headset aswell. Please how do I fix it? It cant be broken, brand new. And happened to my other one, so no idea whats going on.
