Control Panel Issues

Hello Pear,
Try being as specific as possible. We can only work with the information you give us.
Sentences like: " its the thing that says restricted" could mean anything.
But try doing the following.
Right click your Task Bar.
Go to Properties.
Then at the top there's 2 tabs. Click the "Start Menu".
Click on "Customize.." and select the tab: "Advanced"
Then scroll down to "Control Panel" and make sure its not disabled.

Many infections currently will disable the task manager. I would suggest you read this link about some clean up you can try on your own. You can then follow the instructions in that link to run Hijackthis, and post your log here. If a malware helper declares that you're clean and you're still having issues, please return to this thread for additional help.

ok the thing was This operation has been cancelled due to the restrictions on this computer. Please contact your adminstrator. I tried the right click taskbar and when i scroll down in the advanced tab control panel isn't there at all.

Follow what Sari posted and have the malware doctos take a look at your log
