Ipod, Itunes, Internal Error 0x80040707

I have been trying to fix this error I am getting on my friend's computer and everytime I try to buy a song it says it cannot connect to the Itunes server and if I try to uninstall or reinstall over the top of the old installation I get "Internal Error 0x80040707". I have not been able to find any sort of information anywhere on how to fix this problem besides at this link:

None of these solutions work for me. Anyone else have this problem or know of anyway to fix it?
