Another loadingwebsite.com situation

I tried everything I can, Adaware, spy sweeper, spybot search and destroy, and I just can't seem to get rid of these pop ups, usually from loadingwebsites.com (there are some other ones I always see like partypoker.com, and others but I'm not sure it's the same problem).

I don't know what else to do, so I'm asking you guys for help. Thanks for taking the take to check this out for me, and I know you guys are doing this for free and out of your own time, so I just want to say thank you in advance.
