This is where Norton says it is located, however, I can't find it there
File: C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\31H8SJMN\Installer2[1].exe

Right, it might be hidden.
In the top of the window there should be a menu called "Tools"
Click on it then go to Map Options.
Scroll all the way down and there should be 2 radio buttons you can click.
It should say: "Display Hidden files and folders".
Check this to Enable.
Now see if the file is there.
Understanding this is a malware problem and you got a virus that couldn't be deleted I suggest you post a log Here at the malware doctors.
Once they say you're clean your probably done. However if you keep getting problems feel free to come back to this post and I'll help you to the best of my knowledge. Please make sure you read THIS before posting a log file.
Goodluck!

Mr Freeze,
I can tell you that installer2[1].exe is probably a temp internet file that crept into the folder when he was browsing the web which is probably malware.
He should take a step to the malware doctors for this as they know exceedingly more as us.

Olrik
