Trojans contracted during download! Help!

The other day I was downloading a serial for COD 1 for my uncle, I didn't want to download anything so I tried aborting the download, I am using Firefox. Now I have several Trojans, I've reduced the damage with Spyware Doctor and Norton Security Scan, but I cannot start Task Manager, and other misc. symptoms. I will give you the site that several "warnings" direct me to and my log files from Hijackthis. The specific trojans I have contracted are Abebot, DownloaderTojan.XS and another that starts with Truc..... then I can't remember, When their error messages appear I will write them down.
