My desktop has been blacked out with a message saying WARNING! YOU'RE IN DANGER which takes me to an anti spyware site.

I've tried everything - Ad Aware, Spybot, AVG, Bit Defender, but the problem keeps coming back. THere also seems to be a whole load of other stuff, trojans and so on, which also appear, they get cleared out when I run the anti virus tools, but come back after I restart the machine.

Her's my HIjack THis log. Can you help _ I'm going crazy!!!!
