I have a virus from: ( Do not go to this page)

and I cannot get rid of it. It automatically has set itself as the home page, and when you delete it, it keeps coming back. When I download anti virus and spyware software, theyc an find it, but cannot delete it, it keeps coming back.
Worst off it pops up dating ads, anti virus ads, ebony ads, etc..
Any help would be appreciated.
