i have an excel sheet that was converted from a PDF file. I used amber abc pdf converter. all kinds of text and data was carried over and listed in colums a-g. it did a very good job of carring over the phone numbers in this format 212-555-1212. they are always listed in colums c and d.
what i want to do is delete all content/data, everything BUT the phone numbers! is there a way todo this, what i am doing now is way to much cut and paste!
thanks guys!

Hello J Michaels

If you select all the cells on the spreadsheet and simply click on edit on the menu toolbar, go down to replace.

find lets say the letter a and replace with (leave this section blank) and click on replace all.

then continue with the rest of the alphabet

Regards stuart.
