Ok I have been to the malware board, posted logs and worked thru all those issues, they have done everything that can be done. However I am still having issues when I click on the destop icon to get to internet explorer and mozilla firefox to connect to internet. If I use safe mode I am ok with using firefox. I can post later of the exact path, but there is another method in regular mode that works better - by going to start, open up windows explorer then look at my C: drive move down to internet explorer - and it starts. However sometimes I open up one screen and when try to load another link, the 2nd or 3rd page often times does not open - I have 512 K ram, so don't believe that's the issue. My question - should I uninstall internet explorer, then reload using firefox to connect to microsoft website or use some type of disk and then upgrade as needed ? Or something else ?

I should have mentioned that in safe mode BOTH internet explorer and mozilla firefox work fine, except I can't print and the screen is not real clear - probably a generic driver. In any case in regular mode when clicking the icon it is extremely slow and generally times out. I should post from the logs the issues that were found. Will go and get those and post.

No responses yet, my question - do the errors indicated seem to be windows or internet explorer issues that might be caused by a uninstall/install of windows explorer ?
