Hello.

I'm brand spankin' new to this but I've got an issue I can't handle myself.

I keep getting pop-ups in my icon bar and on my screen telling me i have a trojandownloader.xs and need to remove it. I have run spybot s&d a number of times with no result.

I attached a screenshot of one of the popups I keep getting.

please help! I work from home so really need my computer working properly.
