I am having problems with not being able to access some websites or it being really slow. I went through all the suggestions and it still happens. I think it may be my ISP, which is earthlink. They won't admit it. My husband won't let me change unless I am absolutely sure. I tried to upload my hijack file, but your program wouldn't let. Is there a way to test my ISP?
