I have followed all of the instructions before posting a hijack this log, but i still appear to have some sort of problem, but i'm sorry i don't know what it is!! I am not particularly computer minded, so please accept my apologies if it is something routine and simple, or if i haven't done something.

I recently downloaded SpywareBlaster as it had been recommended to me. This seemed to change my "Hosts" file? (my computer came up with a box saying it had changed, did i want to review it) When i looked at this file it had the same numbers on the left side ( as an entry marked R1 on the hijack this log with a narration of proxyoverride.

I ran Adaware, Spybot S&D, TDS (as recommended in your instructions), CWS Shredder and windows update, they found some bits which the programs deleted, but this item is still there along with a file called 1.exe???? I have spoken to a couple of friends and they both suggested posting on here as you guys are very helpful.

Sorry if it turns out to be nothing, but i would rather be safe thansorry.

Thanks in advance & here's the hijack this log:

Welcome to the GTG Forums, I will be reviewing your HJT log.

Please run at least one of these online scans, allow it to delete anything it finds:
You may have to select the auto-fix option prior to scanning, it should be a selection box on the screen. If you are a dial-up user just do one, this can take some time.
If you are a broadband user, I would suggest at least 2 of the 3. One extra scan is most often times enough.TrendMicro HouseCall
BitDefender On-Line Virus Scan
Panda ActiveScan
Please make a note of anything that wasn't or couldn't be fixed.
Reboot your machine when finished.
