I have taken all the steps outlined in the "Start Here" topic and nothing seems to be working. I have pop-up windows that are out of control. I'm hoping someone can give me some advice on what to do or where to look for the problem I'm facing...

Here is my hijackthis log file if anyone would like to look at it:

I apologize for bumping this before... I missed the instructions that asked not to bump topics. I do have a little more information I thought I would add. I found the entry hxpzkv.exe in my msconfig - startup file. I turned that file off, and I actually renamed it b/c I couldnt find information on it online, so i figured it was 6 randomly generated letters on a malware .exe. I am still having the pop-up problems however, so I am still infected with something. I can post an update hijack this log if anyone needs it. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide me.
