Computer still running slow!

Hi there, I thought I would post here since it has been a while.

I have since removed some programs in the hopes that my computer would run faster but it really has`nt changed much.
It still runs pretty slow and I`am still getting pop ups whenever I`am surfing the web.
I sure would appricate any insight into the matter.
