ok i dont kno what it is cus when i put my curser over it nothing hapens same thing with clicking on it its a blue shield with a ? then it flashes to a red shield with a X on it.. every now and then the little balloon will pop upand it will have just a bunch of jibeish on it heres a screen shot of it


pls tell me what this thing is and if its not good how to get rid of it.
