Hi all,
I would like to know if spyware can read files from your hard drive? If so, which spyware does this? I have heard that some can read your log in information for sites.

Thanks :)

Welcome to GTG.

I don't know any names in particular, but there are definitely variants of spyware that will log information for your logins including any other information you enter on a website (could be addresses, phone numbers, credit card numbers, etc.).

Are you having any issues with one in particular? If you have problems with malware, you may read this topic and post your HijackThis log here when ready.
