IEXPLORE.EXE APPLICATION ERROR

Whenever I close out of internet explorer I receive the error 'The exception unknown software exception (0x0eedfade) occurred in the application.' When I click ok another error populates with 'Runtime error 217 at 0250EAEA' If anything it is more annoying than anything. Nothing else appears to be wron with the PC. Your thoughts would be appreciated. : )
