Picked Up adware/malware [CLOSED]

This is a previous post from someone else and i've copied a part of it -
"Can anyone provide some help? I have apparently picked up some adware/malware that manifests itself with a periodic pop-up that tells me, “Your computer may have critical errors in windows registry and file system!” If I try to connect to the message, it sends me to a web page trying to sell me “PC-Antispyware” and “PC-Cleaner.” I have not bought or installed those products.

There also appear a small yellow triangle in the system tray that sends me to the same webpage. "

From here onwards its me back with my problems in detail :

Sensing something strange and not being a computer specialist, i started searching the internet and jumped upon programs such as smithfraudfix, adware, spybot,spywareblaster,hijackthis, cwshredder, cccleaner, Trend internet security Pro and many more. So i first installed adware Pro 2007 and scanned my pc and fixed the problems that showed up. Then it was the turn of Spybot Search and Destroy and again fixed the problems that showed up. Than it was Trend internet security Pro and scanned my pc and fixed the problems that showed up. Than tried doing the same in Safe mode and thought my problems must be solved.
Being over protective and professional in nature, i installed HijackThis and spywareblaster and removed some of the files at my own risk with HijackThis, ofcourse after searching it in the internet to be sure that its not a valid windows system files.

Sad but this yellow triangle still pops up and i have an hunch that someone is trying to connect to my PC everytime i go online. I feel this strong cos it might sound strange but sometimes my Trend internet security Pro application hangs up when i try to open it with a message ' Unable to recognise the software configuration. Restart your computer to restore the missing information. If the problem persists, please contact technical support.' After this my Trend application doesnt work and i ask myself is it really protecting my PC in the meantime .?

I am posting my HijackThis Log file here. I would appreciate a response in a laymans language.
Excuse me for this big story, cos i know time is Money. This is just my frustration of not being able to get this thing out of my PC and feeling not secured while doing online banking and transactions.

Welcome to GTG.

Please print the below instructions or copy them to Notepad. Make sure to work through the fixes in the order mentioned below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes.

Run a scan in HijackThis. Check each of the following if they still exist and hit 'Fix Checked' after you checked the last one:

O21 - SSODL: ChkPrx - {ca69d170-920b-4dea-88c3-1656436a6441} - C:\WINDOWS\Installer\{ca69d170-920b-4dea-88c3-1656436a6441}\ChkPrx.dll (file missing)

Locate the following Files/Folders and delete them if they exist (if no location given, just do a search for them):

C:\WINDOWS\system32\ejwrwnov.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\kdfmgr.exe
C:\WINDOWS\Installer\{ca69d170-920b-4dea-88c3-1656436a6441}\

Go to http://www.bleepingc...to-use-combofix and follow the instructions on how to install the Recovery Console and run ComboFix. Go through all the steps until posting the log part. Post the combofix log here.
