Hello. I really need some help with my computer.

Iv'e done most things adviced in the "read before posting" but the computer is still behaving strange.
Apart from being very slow and restricted in many ways (like i could not install Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware due to restricted internet connection)

Pls, read my hijack log and help me get this right.
