Deletion of SYSTEM32 File [CLOSED]

Hi! I'm new to the GTG forum and I've tried one of the given materials to remove Vundo viruses. (The VundoFix application)

Unfortunately, it removed something that was used to start my computer.
My computer suddenly re-booted, and this is what the message was:

Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
<Windows root>\system32\hal.dll.
Please re-install a copy of the above file.


And I can't access any part of my computer like this...so I'm currently using a laptop.

Any help would be appreciated~
