If I was to ask a question that is a riddle, would you be able to answer it by way of a question?

If a man was out for a walk when it started to rain and he did not have an umbrella and he wasn't wearing a hat and his clothes were soaked, yet not a single hair on his head got wet, how could this happen?

If you mean he was totally bald (alopecia doesn't always mean no hair at all!) then you are correct and Fredil can you find a riddle that is asked as a question?
