CPU not working

i had been using my comp for quite some time .... i got transferred to a new place, had to take it with me ..... and since then the cpu is not working ..... i checked up the power button and also the smps .... there is nothing wrong. what else can be the problem.

and i want to know whether without earth line can a system work??
