I recently was infected with up to 45 different viruses. With geeks to go helping I was able to get my comp back to be respectable. Meanwhile, I tried for the first time to transfer pictures from both my camera directly (USB cord) and also through its memory card. Im not sure if it is driver related, but it does not reckognize the USB ports or my memory card ports. Can you please help me restore drivers or help me solve problems? Thank You

from start go to run type this in devmgmt.msc press ok

go down to universal serial bus controllers right click on them and update each one

did any software come with your devices you could reinstall the software
