I can only add a bookmark to favorites. How can I add a new web page to a specific folder? This is my first posting.

There are several different web-browsers in use these days, would have been helpful if you'd told us which one you are referring to. I'll assume it's IE6:

With the relevant web-page open, click "Favorites" in the menu bar.
Click the "Create in" button to open the folder list.
From the list, click to highlight the folder you want the page to go in.
Click 'OK'

It says "unable to create - unspecified error" when I attempt to do as directed. For the web browser do you mean - Internet Explorer?
