Can anyone help a very stressed noob. I found this running in the backgroud. Can anyone identify this? If not, I guess my next question is how to remove it.

The file is C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Applicati ... \TransferAgent.exe

Thanks in advance :)

Welcome to GTG.

Not much information found on this but it seems to be a Dell related program.
