changing folder icons in vista

I am trying to change the music folder and the documents folder icon. I right click the folder and go go customize and all i see is choose file and restore default. I do not see the option of change icon. Any help as to how i can achieve this??

I don't see the option to change the icon in those folders either.

Make a new folder titled, "Music" and replace all the folders/files in the new folder. Delete the old, replace in the original place of the Music folder.

i tried to do this with the documents folder and for some strange reason after i was done transferring the documents over to the newly created folder the same thing happened where i was not able to change the folder icon
