Stuck with no keyboard or mouse

Hi
I have a dell machine with no ps2 ports. My keyboard and mouse are usb, both working perfectly on another computer, but not working at all on this computer. So I cant logon to xp, before that i cant boot to safe mode, worst of all I cant even enter the bios to change boot device to cd and do a XP repair. Any suggestions at all most gratefully received.
