Windows98 boot failure

heeeelp!! :tazz:

my windows 98 os couldn't boot , showing me errors of two missing .vxd files.......after i replaced them from my friend's machine it gave me another error
" UPGRADE TO MSDOS 8.00 "


any suggestions......? ;)
