limewire loads by itself/ obvious malware

alright, so my limewire started loading itself up. i noticed not only was a folder being shared that i didnt say to share ,but some of my pref. were changed. when i tried to access the toolbar in limewire it vanished as soon as i opened it. i deleted limewire but im sure i still have whatever i caught.

also, i would mention im running a tablet with XP. its the only machine ive got so if i can keep it sparkling that would be nice.
