Installation MS Office 2007 Pro

I purchased a newer version of Office 2007 Professional with the CD's. I tried to install it over a older version of Office 2007 Enterprise ( do not have CD's for older 2007 Enterprise version). The installation started, went through its paces and told me the installation was successful. However the 2007 Professional version did not replace the older 2007 Enterprise version and the 2007 Enterprise version is still there. The new version of 2007 Professional did not show up.

I have tried installing it several more times with the same results. How do I get this to install? Assistance will be much appreciated. Thank you.
