Need help finding a DVD Maker

You know how on commercial DVDs, there is often a "Special Features" section? I am using Windows DVD Maker (included with Vista Premium and Ultimate), but it only has options for "Play" and "Scenes". I would really like a "Special Features" section in order to show a making-of featurette of the movie. Does anyone know of a (preferably free) program which can do this?

Not sure about free. I know that Nero Vision and Tsunami have tools to do this.
