Not sure which forum to post this in.

I have not used tags before, and was wondering how they work? I would like to try using them with the music I have on my laptop (Windows XP). Do tags allow you to search through your music library by specific tags/keywords? I use Media Monkey.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Tags are used to sort your music, say like in iTunes.

In other words, your music is tagged with certain information, such as Artist, Song Name, Album and so on...

Hope this helps,
