I'm having some trouble downloading from certain sights.One of my banking sites,a site called neopets where my kids play games ,were all fine until I changed from dial up to adsl.I have run adaware and removed my firewall (zone alarm) and still no joy! Help please!!

Read the instructions at the top, ESPECIALLY the CLICK HERE.

Follow those instructions and this will eliminate 70% of the malware on a PC. If the problem persists, then create a new post in THAT forum with a hijackthis log.

But follow the guidelines in CLICK HERE first, to eliminate most of the junk
