DVD decteted as CD

I don't know why, but my optical drive detects DVD-RW as CD-RW. I have the latest drivers installed too.
Also, when i burn a movie in it, it burns only half way.

click on my computer...right click on the dvd drive..properties...hardware tab...then click on the dvd drive...if it shows as a cd drive still do this...do it for both cd drives...drag the small window to the side and get a screenshot for me...it should look like mine...
