Backdoor.Agent.AJU - please help me to remove

My computer apparently has 64 infections of Backdoor.Agent.AJU trojan.

I have gone through recommended scans and clean-ups on the 'please read before posting' forum instructions and it is still there. I am unable to find instructions on how to get rid of it. Can somebody please help me? i got rid of lots of stuff yesterday but this backdoor thing is still there.
