internet wont open

sis processor to AGP controller in device manager in yellow eclaimation mark! internet wont open when i try update drive it says no new files found!! how i fix it its xp sp2

This missing device shouldn't affect internet connectivity, but you can download the missing AGP driver from http://www.sis.com/d...1.php?id=155871
