Troublsome "backdoor trojan" detected by Norton. Result is "unable to delete unsupported file" and Norton cannot remove it. Was unable to connect to your Panda scan. Have tried another antivirus program installed on a flash drive. Trojan was detected and was stored in a created file, however was still unable to remove it.
