ive been wanting to download swg foir a long time

every thing is working like for example i log in i select my charecter then a black screen apears and says engine:[failure_to_lock_backbuffer] ,

i'm pretty sure its my graphic card in all , can some one help would be nice

heres thre graphic card i have

name: intel® 82852/82855 gm/gme graphic controler
manufacturer: intel corpartion
chip typer: intel ® 82852/82855 graphic controller
dac type: internal
aprox total memory: 64.0
current display mode: 800 x 600 (32bit) (60Hz)
monitor: digital flat panel (1024x768)

please help me and thanks for your kindness

your issue is being caused by using the integrated / on board graphics.

You need at least:
Required: 32 MB 3D Graphics card with Hardware Transform and Lighting (T&L) Capability
Recommended: 64 MB 3D Graphics card with Vertex Shader and Pixel Shader (VS/PS) Capability


Your video is insufficient to play the game.

I am having this exact same problem. I am running a Mac with a 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 1 GB 667 MHz DD2SDRAM and am using Parallels as the go-between. I have an ATI 2400 graphics card. Can you help me please?
