cant uninstall superantispyware

hey guys, every time I try and uninstall superantispyware it gets most of the way through the process, then my computer shuts down and on reboot it does a disk check, but the app is still there. I tried re-installing the program, then uninstalling again, but nothing. Any ideas?

try going into safe mode (reboot and hit f8 during startup). Uninstall from there and see if that works.
